We are Lobo Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd and we operate out of our offices in Pune and Mumbai. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, handling things in two big cities like that, but that’s just how the business grew over time. We do staffing, which means we spend most of our hours looking at profiles and trying to help companies fill their empty seats. The Pune side is a bit different from the Mumbai side, but the work stays the same. There is always someone looking for a job and some manager somewhere who needs a hand. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Our office is just a place with desks, phones, and computers where we try to make sense of the local job market. It gets loud and a bit chaotic when the phones start ringing all at once. We’ve seen the industry change a lot, but people still need work and businesses still need people, so we stay busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous, we just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure the paperwork is in order. Most of us have been doing this for long enough that we know the city layouts and the commute times by heart. It’s a regular life, working in the middle of these busy Indian cities, just trying to keep everything moving.
