Lobo Staffing Solutions Pvt. Ltd is situated in the Pimpale Saudagar area of Pune. We are over at F-23 in the Runal Deepmala building. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right opposite that place called Happy Thoughts. Pimpale Saudagar has grown a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. We work on staffing, which basically means we help people find work and help companies find people. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge. Our office isn't massive, but it’s got enough room for us to conduct interviews and talk to folks. We like the atmosphere in Runal Deepmala. It’s a clean building and people are friendly. We usually start our day around nine and keep going until the work is done. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just sit around our desks and make calls. The 411 027 area is where we feel at home. We’ve helped quite a few people from around this neighborhood. It’s nice when you see someone you helped out at the grocery store. We don't use any fancy talk or big promises. We just try to get the right people in the right spots. It’s a practical way to spend the day. That’s about all there is to it at our Pune office. We just stay busy and keep the files organized as best as we can.
