Our office is in Bhoir Plaza, which you can find right behind the Durga Selection store at Dange Chowk. We are on the second floor in Flat Number 7. Dange Chowk is a very busy spot in Pune, so there is always a lot of noise from the buses and cars outside. We are Lobo Staffing Solutions. Our day usually involves a lot of talking to people who are looking for work. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small cabin for when we need to have a private talk. The office is pretty simple. We have some files stacked up and a few computers that are always running. It’s not a big, shiny office like you see in the IT parks. It’s just a practical place for us to do our jobs. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to take a breath of air, though it’s still pretty noisy out there. Most of the people who work here live in the nearby areas like Hinjewadi or Thergaon. We’ve been in Bhoir Plaza for a few years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We don’t have a receptionist, so when someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We just handle the recruitment work and try to stay organized amid all the paperwork.
