Lipras Farm'S Life Farmers Producercompany Limited is right here in Pimpalgaon, in the Deola taluka of Nashik. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, but basically, we are in the heart of the village. People around here have been farming for generations, and we aren't any different. We started this company because we thought it made sense to work as a group rather than everyone just doing their own thing. It’s very rural here, and we like it that way. Most of our meetings happen outdoors or in whatever space is available in the village. We don't have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning. We deal with real problems like water supply, seed quality, and the price of diesel. Our neighbors are our members, so there is a lot of trust involved, even if we argue about the best way to do things sometimes. Living in Nashik, you see a lot of big companies, but we are just a local producer group. We keep our records in simple notebooks and try to stay on top of the rules. It’s a busy life, especially during the sowing season. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just grow what we can and try to get it to market in a way that makes sense. It’s honest work, and we are proud to be from Pimpalgaon.
