Limkar Associates

Limkar Associates is located on the second floor of a building in Shukrawar Peth. We are right at Rangappa Cross in Chikkamavalli. The best way to find us is to look for Chinchechi Talim, as we are directly opposite that. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up some fairly steep stairs every morning, which is a good bit of exercise I suppose. The office itself is always full of stacks of papers and folders. We do a lot of associate work, which involves a lot of reading and checking details for our clients. The windows look out over the street, so we can see all the action at the cross below. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of vendors and people moving about. Inside, we have some old wooden chairs for visitors and a large table where we spread out our maps and documents. The building is quite old, so the walls have that character you only get with time. We aren't really into modern office trends; we prefer our old desks and the way we’ve always done things. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we just close the window for a bit. It’s a decent place to work, and being right in the heart of the Peth area means there is always good food nearby for lunch. We just focus on our tasks and try to keep everything organized for the people who rely on us.
