We are based out in Malshiras, specifically at Shrinath Nagar near 58 Phata. It is a different kind of pace here compared to the big cities like Pune or Delhi. We handle the LG electronics work for the people in this area. Our office is a very simple and straightforward place. We don't need much to do our jobs, just a phone and our records. Most of our time is spent talking to the local families and folks from the nearby farms who have issues with their appliances. In a small town like this, everyone knows everyone, so we just try to be honest about what can be done. We aren't here to give you a polished speech. We just manage the support and repair side of things. Sometimes it takes the technicians a while to drive out to the more remote locations, so a lot of our job is just coordinating those trips from our spot at 58 Phata. It can get quite hot and dusty here, but we are used to that. We’ve been at this address for a good while and people know the landmark well. We keep a steady record of everything and try to make sure no one is left waiting too long for an answer. It is quiet work but it is steady, and we are glad to be part of the community.
