You can find us at Abhishek B, Flat No. 25, right in Lane 3 of Happy Colony. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, but our little corner in the colony is actually quite peaceful. We operate out of this flat, so it doesn't feel like a big cold office at all. It’s more like a workshop where we handle various electronic issues for the folks nearby. We get a lot of students and families coming in because there are so many residential buildings around here. The space is a bit tight because we have to store spare parts and tools, but we make it work. Pune's weather is usually okay, but when it rains, we get a lot of calls about kitchen appliances. We've got a small team here who've lived in Pune for ages. We know the shortcuts to avoid the Kothrud traffic when we're heading out. It’s not a place with a big neon sign, you just have to look for the apartment number. We handle the paperwork and the technical stuff all in the same room. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. People usually call us first before dropping by. We just try to help out the neighbors and keep their home gadgets in good shape without any drama. There is always a stack of repair logs on the table.
