Our spot is over in AA4 Akshay Society, right near the Marol Pipelines in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded this neck of the woods gets. We are tucked away in Y. A. C Nagar. It’s a functional space, mostly used for managing the local service side of things. We don't really do the big flashy showroom thing here. It’s more about the day-to-day grind of fixing electronics and keeping track of parts. The monsoon season is always our busiest time because the dampness messes with everyone’s washing machines and TVs. We have a few technicians who are always on the move, running between buildings in the society and the wider Andheri area. The office stays pretty cluttered with boxes and paperwork, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but locals find us just fine. We’ve been operating out of this Mumbai address for a good bit now. Most of the guys working here live nearby, so we understand the local issues like power fluctuations. We just try to be helpful and get the repairs sorted without making a big fuss. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a regular ground-floor unit where we keep things moving. We prefer it this way because we can actually talk to people properly.
