Our office is tucked away in Darshan Nagari, in Flat No 4 of Building No A4, right here in Pune. It’s a quiet residential complex, and we’ve converted this flat into a working space for LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which has its pros and cons. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and the balcony has a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. Being in Pune, the weather is usually okay, so we keep the windows open to let some air in. The furniture is a bit mismatched, just stuff we’ve collected over the years to make the space functional. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with glass walls; we’re just a small group of people working out of a flat in Maharashtra. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business. It’s a lot of data entry, coordination, and handling the local logistics. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines marked in red ink. It’s an honest place to work. We show up, do the tasks, and head out when the sun goes down. If you came by, you’d just see a normal flat with a few extra desks and computers. It's nothing too special, but it gets the job done for us.
