Lendrask Crop Science is tucked away in Onkar Colony, right near the Nikam shop in Kalepadal. If you are looking for us, you just look for colony number four. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s not like those big industrial parks you see in the city. We have our small space here where we focus on the science side of crops. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we are just looking at how to make things grow better in this climate. We spend a lot of time with samples and notebooks. The office isn't very large, but we’ve squeezed in everything we need. It’s often a bit quiet around here, which is good for concentrating. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers, mostly people who know exactly why they are coming to see us. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside while we are inside checking our data. It’s a local setup, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. The team is small, and we all wear many hats. One day we might be doing research, and the next we are packing boxes or answering the phone. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation in our little corner of Kalepadal.
