Pj Agro Tech Ltd. is based out here in Vadodara, specifically over on Anandpura Kothi Road. We also have ties to the Sinhagad Road area in Pune, so we are a bit split between the two places. We mainly deal with agricultural tech, which means a lot of our time is spent thinking about soil, seeds, and how to make farming a bit more efficient for the local guys. Our office in Vadodara isn’t anything fancy; it’s mostly filled with samples, some testing kits, and a lot of maps. We started this because we saw a real need for better tools in the fields around here. It’s not just about selling stuff; it’s about understanding what the farmers actually need when they are out there in the heat. The staff here is mostly people who grew up around farms, so we don’t use much corporate talk. We just discuss what works and what doesn’t. The office can get a bit messy with boots and bags everywhere, but that’s just the nature of the work. We move between the city and the outskirts quite a bit. It’s a practical business built on hard work and a lot of trial and error. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to help the farmers in our neighborhood get a better yield without spending a fortune. It's a simple goal we work on every single day.
