You’ll find us in Kasarwadi, right on the Old Mumbai-Pune Road. We are at Agrasen Nagar, just across from the Atlas Copco building, which is a huge landmark around here. Lekha Management Services is a small operation, and we like it that way. We spend our time helping other businesses with their management and administrative needs. The office is pretty basic, just a few tables, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Being near the main road means it's easy to get to, though the noise from the traffic is something we’ve just learned to live with. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees, so when you call, you usually talk to the same person every time. We handle things like payroll, compliance, and other back-office tasks that people find boring or difficult. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish up reports when there’s a deadline. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; most people find us because they work nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a practical, local business in a busy industrial part of Pune. We just try to keep our clients' paperwork in order so they can focus on their own work. We’ve been around for a few years and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but we just keep doing what we do every day.
