Legalpundits International Services Pvt Ltd operates out of Hno 367 in New Kopare. This is out near the NDA Khadakwasla area in Pune, postcode 411023. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s much quieter out here. The air feels a bit fresher near the dam. Our office is basically a converted part of a house, which gives it a very relaxed and informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, it’s just us working through emails and documents on our computers. There’s a small garden outside where we take our breaks and have a cup of coffee. The walk from the post office to our door is quite nice when the weather is pleasant. Being in New Kopare means we don't have to deal with the intense Pune traffic every single day, which is a relief. We get a few visitors now and then, but a lot of our work happens over the phone or through the mail. The house itself is sturdy and has been in the area for years. Sometimes the power goes out during the monsoon season, so we keep some candles and a backup battery handy for the computers. It’s a simple setup, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. We like the pace of life out here in Khadakwasla and the fact that we can see the hills from the gate.
