Learnovate Innovations Private Limited is based out of Ambegaon Budruk. Our office is actually inside the Pristine Pacific complex, up on the eleventh floor in flat D1101. It’s a bit of a hike if the elevator is slow, but the view of the Pune skyline from up there is actually pretty decent. We’ve been operating from this residential area for a while now. It’s a lot quieter than the city center, which helps us focus on our innovation projects. The space is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very informal feel to it. We have some workstations set up in the main room and we use the kitchen area for breaks. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building, but it suits the way we work. We don't have fancy meetings or big presentations; we just sit down and get to it. Sometimes neighbors might see us coming and going with boxes or equipment, but mostly we just stay inside and do our thing. The area around SN 36 is mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work well from our little corner of Ambegaon. It’s a simple life and a simple workspace, and that’s exactly how we like it. No need for anything more complicated than that for us to be productive. We like the quiet here as it lets us get things finished.
