Our office is over at the AF Station in Pune, specifically at Smq 809/3 in the New Project area. It’s a bit of a unique spot to be working from, but it works for us. We spend our days dealing with human resources stuff, which mostly means lots of emails, phone calls, and looking through resumes. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are looking for work or companies that need help with their staff. We’ve been in Pune for a while and have seen how the job market around here changes. Being located near the air force station gives the place a different feel than a regular business park. It’s a bit more disciplined, I guess you could say. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to match people with the right roles. It can be a bit tiring when you have to go through hundreds of applications, but it’s just the nature of the job. We don’t have a flashy website or big billboards. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the local area. We keep things pretty simple here. We have our computers, our coffee, and a lot of lists to go through every day. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is surprisingly quiet. We usually eat our lunch together at our desks while discussing who might be a good fit for a certain role.
