You can find us at The Silver State building, specifically Flat No-204 B2. We’re right beside Brahma Ngan, just off Salunke Vihar Road near NIBM-Road in Kondwa. It’s a pretty active part of Pune, and we’ve been working out of this office for Le Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd for some time. We basically spend our days helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. It sounds simple, but it’s actually a lot of phone calls and sorting through stacks of resumes. We don't use a lot of fancy software that claims to do everything for us; we actually read the stuff people send in. The office is a bit of a walk-up, but it's comfortable once you're inside. We’re just a group of people who understand the local job market here in Kondwa and the surrounding areas. Sometimes we have people dropping by without an appointment, and while it's a bit disruptive, we try to help them out if we can. We aren't some big corporate machine. We’re just local folks doing HR work. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing and days when it’s quiet enough to actually organize the filing cabinets. We just take it as it comes. Being on NIBM Road means there’s always good food nearby, which is a plus for our lunch breaks. We just want to get people hired and make sure the paperwork is done correctly.
