We operate out of a flat in the Hill Side Housing Co-operative Society in Gokhalenagar, Pune. Specifically, we are in M-8/211, which is part of the M.I.G. flats in the Awadi area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it’s quite green and has a bit of a hill-side feel as the name suggests. Our office is basically a converted apartment. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It makes for a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. We spend our time looking for people to fill various job roles for our clients. There are always resumes being printed or scanned. Since we are in a housing society, we see the same neighbors every day and it feels like being part of a small community. It’s not a corporate glass tower, and we like that. We can hear kids playing outside and people going about their daily lives. The kitchen is our main meeting spot where we discuss the candidates over some snacks. We don't have any fancy mission statements or polished brochures. We just try to match the right people with the right jobs using what we know. It’s a simple, honest way to run an HR business.
