Lavenir Manpower Pvt Ltd Pune is based over on Sinhgad Road. We are in the Kamal Cooperative Society, specifically in office 202. The road outside is almost always packed with cars and bikes, which is just part of living in Pune these days. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of files because we spend our time looking for people to fill jobs. It’s not an easy task, honestly. People come in for interviews all the time, and we spend hours talking to them and checking their backgrounds. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people. The building itself is an older cooperative society, so it has that lived-in feel. It’s not like those new glass towers in Hinjewadi. We prefer it this way because it’s more grounded. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day. Usually, there's someone in the office sorting through a stack of resumes or making calls to companies that need help. We try to be direct and honest with the folks who come to us looking for work. Sometimes it works out well, and sometimes it takes a lot of tries to find a match. We just stay at it. It’s a lot of routine, a lot of coffee, and just trying to make the right connections for people.
