Our office is located in the Akshay Building, room 3/4/1, in Kasbapeth, Pune. -11. This part of the city has its own old-world charm, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. The building itself is busy with all sorts of people. Inside our space, it’s mostly about the day-to-day tasks of keeping L G Electronics India Pvt Ltd running. We have desks covered in papers and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, it feels more like a workshop where things actually happen. We deal with a lot of calls and coordinate with people all over Pune. The streets of Kasbapeth are narrow and full of life, which keeps things interesting for us. We start early in the morning, getting the systems ready and checking the schedule. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look after the electronics and make sure the logistics are handled properly. There are always boxes coming in or going out, and the phone never really stops ringing. It’s a bit messy at times, but that’s because we are actually working. We are just local people in a local building, doing our jobs the best way we know how, and that seems to be enough for everyone here.
