L & T Case Equipment Pvt Ltd is situated at W-1 in the Bhosari MIDC, specifically in the S Block. This is an industrial area, so it’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet walk. There are always trucks moving in and out and the sound of heavy machinery from the neighboring factories. Our facility is a large space with high metal roofs and concrete floors that have seen better days. It gets quite dusty because of all the equipment and the movement of parts. We have large doors to let the machines in and out. The air smells like oil and metal and exhaust. It’s a very functional environment where everyone is wearing work clothes and heavy boots. There is a small office area boxed off from the main floor, but even there, you can hear the rumble of the industrial zone. We have stacks of heavy components and yellow machinery parts waiting to be moved or worked on. The midday sun makes the metal roof hot, so we usually have big fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a tough, hardworking part of town and we fit right in with the rest of the MIDC. Most days are long and involve a lot of logistics to keep everything moving on schedule. We've been at this W-1 spot for a long time and the rhythm of the machines is just part of the day now.
