Kwality Electroplaters

Kwality Electroplaters is based out in Bhosari, right on the Cholanayakanahalli Main Road. Our shop is at S No-6-2 in Shanti Nagar. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of smoke and noise from the nearby workshops. We focus on plating metal parts for various small industries around here. The floor is usually a bit wet because of the tanks we use, and the smell of chemicals is something you just get used to. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty every single day. I’ve been doing this since I was a young man. We have a small crew of three people who handle the dipping and the cleaning. It’s not a clean office job, that's for sure. We don't have a website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from the same few factories we’ve known for a decade. The building is a bit old and we’ve had to patch the roof a couple of times. It’s honest labor and we take pride in getting the finish right on the metal. If the road is busy, it can take forever for the transport trucks to reach us. We just keep our heads down and get the batches finished. It’s a simple life running a plating shop in Shanti Nagar. Most people around here just call me by my name rather than the company name. We stay open on Saturdays too because the work never really stops when orders are high. It's just what we do to keep things going.
