Kurpa Chikan Center

If you go to the Juna Naka area in Hadapsar, Pune, you’ll find us there. Kurpa Chikan Center is a local shop where we spend our days preparing everything for the customers who stop by. It’s a small place, and it can get quite busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work and want to pick up something for dinner. We have our counters and the tools we use every day. Cleaning is a big part of what we do, so we spend a lot of time washing down the surfaces. The shop is right on the street, so there’s always the sound of traffic passing by. We know many of the families around Hadapsar because they’ve been coming to us for a long time. It’s not a fancy store with air conditioning or anything. It’s just a regular shop with some stools if you have to wait. We start early in the morning to get the stock ready before the first customers show up. Sometimes it’s tiring being on our feet all day, but that’s just how the business is. We handle the orders as they come in and try to keep things moving. It’s a simple life running a shop like this in Pune. We just do our best to stay busy and keep the place running.
