You can find us at 833 Dutta Wadi. It’s right in the middle of Dattawadi, Pune. We are directly opposite Tapobhumi Society. One thing everyone notices when they come here is the smell of fresh bread because Royal Bakery is right behind us. It’s hard to stay focused sometimes when they’re baking in the morning. The building is an older one, so it has that solid, heavy feel to it. We have a few rooms set up with rows of wooden benches. They aren’t the most comfortable things in the world, but they last forever. The floor is tiled but has some cracks here and there from years of use. We have a small area near the door where students leave their shoes and umbrellas. It gets pretty messy when it rains. The walls have a few old posters and a clock that’s usually a few minutes fast. We don't use much technology here, just boards and markers. Most of the day is spent talking and writing. There’s a small balcony where we keep some potted plants that struggle a bit in the summer heat. The traffic on the road outside can be loud, especially the rickshaws. We’ve been here so long that we don't even notice the noise anymore. It’s just a local place where people come to learn. We open up early, sweep the floors, and get things ready before the first group of the day arrives.
