Working out of Flat Number 2 at Shree Sadan has its ups and downs. Being in Vardayini Society on Sus Road means it’s relatively quiet most of the time compared to the city center. It’s a residential building so I try not to make too much noise or bother the people living upstairs. My office is basically just a room with a desk and some bookshelves, but it works for what I need. Pashan is a nice area and I’ve lived around Pune 21 for quite some time now. You get used to the pace of life here. The traffic on Sus Road can get a bit loud during the rush hour but inside the apartment it stays calm. I usually have a cup of tea in the morning while looking out at the society gate before I start the day’s tasks. There is no corporate lobby or receptionist here. You just come to the door and knock. I handle everything myself mostly. It’s a bit cramped when I have too many files but I know where everything is. People sometimes get confused finding the right building in the society but once they are here they see it’s just a normal home setup. I don't see the point in making things look more complicated than they are. It is just a workspace where I spend my hours making sure things are handled correctly for the people who reach out to me.
