Our address is 25/8/1 in Padalwadi, which is part of the Rajgurunagar area in Khed. Ksp Farmers Producer Company Limited is really just a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources. We’ve all been working these fields since we were young. It made sense to form a company so we could handle the business side of farming without getting overwhelmed. The office is just a small space where we keep our registers and meet up. Most of the real work happens outside in the dirt. We grow what the season allows and try to stay ahead of the markets. It’s a lot of balancing and sometimes it’s stressful when the prices drop. But having the group means we aren't facing those things alone. We talk about what seeds are working and which fields need more attention. It’s a very hands-on way of living. We don’t have a marketing team or any of that corporate stuff. We just know the land and we know our neighbors. If you come by Padalwadi, you’ll see the reality of it—dust, tractors, and people working hard. We’re just trying to keep the tradition of farming alive while making it a bit more sustainable for our families. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
