We are a small software team based right here in Pune. We do not have a big fancy office in one of those tall glass towers; we prefer to keep things simple and low-key. Most of our days are spent sitting in front of computer screens, trying to figure out why a piece of code is not doing what it is supposed to do. It is a lot of trial and error, honestly. We started Ksoft because we liked building things and Pune seemed like the right place to be for tech work. There are so many other tech people around this city, so we fit right in with the crowd. We take on various projects, mostly helping local businesses get their computer systems running or building simple apps for them. It is not always glamorous work, and sometimes we are scratching our heads for hours over a single bug in the system. We drink a lot of chai and talk through problems whenever we get stuck on something. The office is a bit messy with cables and old keyboards, but we know where everything is. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We are just a bunch of people who are pretty good with computers. We try to be honest with our clients about what we can actually do and how long it will take.
