You can find us at Survey Number 22, in Flat Number 14 of Avdhoot Apartment. We are located in Balaji Nagar, which is part of the Dhankawadi area in Pune. A good landmark for us is Pawar Hospital, it’s right nearby so most people use that to find the turn. Our office is just a regular flat on one of the floors. It’s not a big commercial complex, so it feels more like a neighbor’s place than a business hub. We’ve got Kshitij Management Consultant running out of here. The space is filled with desks and cupboards for all our documents. Dhankawadi is a busy residential hub, and we like being right in the middle of it. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during rush hour, but once you get inside the apartment, it’s relatively quiet. We don’t have fancy furniture or a coffee machine in the lobby. We mostly just drink chai from the stall around the corner. The walls have some maps and calendars, and there’s always a bit of a breeze if we leave the balcony door open. It’s a very straightforward setup. We don't put on an act for anyone. We just come in, do our consulting work, and head home. It’s a local business run by local people who know the 411043 area well. It’s just how we operate day to day.
