Ksb Sugarcane Private Limited

Our place is out in Nirgude, right at House Number 567 in the Indapur area of Pune. Being out here means we are close to the actual ground where everything grows. Ksb Sugarcane Private Limited isn't a big city office with elevators. It’s a simple spot in the village where we handle the sugarcane business. The road out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the rain, but it’s home. We spend a lot of our time talking to the local growers and figuring out the schedules for the season. The office is usually full of maps and old ledgers. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s a slow pace compared to Pune city, but the work is hard when the harvest starts. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. It’s mostly just us in our regular clothes, dealing with the daily tasks. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so everyone knows the house number. We just focus on the sugarcane and making sure the transport is ready when it needs to be. There’s always dust on the windows and a lot of tea being drank throughout the day. We just keep things moving as best as we can without any grand plans or corporate talk.
