Krushivedh Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at House Number 51/1 in Phalanetal Maval. If you walk past the Vitthal Rukmini temple, you will find us easily enough. Our group is called Krushivedh Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited, but around here we are just the local women from the farms. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids. This whole thing started because we wanted to see if working together would make the days a bit shorter and the work a bit lighter. In Maval, the weather can be a bit unpredictable, so having a group helps when things get tough. We don't have a big shiny office or anything like that. We mostly sit together at the house and talk about what crops are doing well and how we can get a better price for what we grow. It is a simple life and the work is hard on the back, but we know everyone in the village. We handle everything ourselves, from the seeds to the heavy lifting. Sometimes we meet early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. It is just about getting by and making sure our families are okay. We don't use big words or have fancy goals, we just want to farm and stay here in our village near the temple. It feels better to do this as a group than trying to manage everything alone on separate small plots.
