We started this thing because things were getting hard for people around here. In Ghansawangi, everyone knows how much work it takes to get anything out of the soil. Raosaheb Vishwanath’s place is where we mostly sit and figure things out. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a spot to meet. We are just a bunch of farmers from Masegaon who decided that if we didn't work together, we wouldn't get anywhere. The market is always tough. Sometimes the price is okay, but usually, it isn't. We try to help each other with what we grow. It’s mostly about the crops we all know. Some days the sun is just too much, but you have to be out there anyway. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just make it a bit easier for the families in this village. My father used to say that farming is a gamble, and he was right. But when you have a company like this, at least you aren't gambling alone. We handle the paperwork and the selling part as a group now. It’s better than being on your own against the big buyers. We have some tools we share and we talk about which seeds worked better last season. It’s simple work, really. Just people from the same land trying to keep going. We don’t have big speeches. We just show up and do the work every day.
