Our office is at House Number 1708. It’s right behind the Sundane bus stand in Saudane. If you’re coming from Malegaon, it’s not too hard to find us. We started Krushi Vichar Farmers Producer Company because we needed a way to organize what we were doing on our farms. Living near the bus stand means there is always noise and people moving around, but it makes it easy for members to drop by whenever they need to. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, the rain, and what the markets are doing. It isn't always easy, and some days are longer than others. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we are just farmers. Most of us grew up right here in the district. We know the soil and what grows best in this part of Malegaon. When we meet up, it's usually just a few chairs and some tea while we look at the notebooks. It's a practical way to manage things. We don't use fancy words or have big posters on the walls. It’s just a working space. Sometimes the roof leaks a little bit when it rains hard, but we manage. We just want to get our produce out there and make sure everyone gets a fair shake. That’s what it's like for us every day at the office behind the bus stand, just working through the seasons and trying to stay ahead of the work.
