We are located at House Number B-75 in the Gokuldham Society, which is in Indewadi, Jalna. Krishiupvan Hybrid Seeds Private Limited is our small operation here. We focus on seeds, which is basically the starting point for everything we do. Being in a society like Gokuldham means we are surrounded by our neighbors, and it’s a fairly quiet place to work. We aren't a massive factory. It’s more of a dedicated space where we manage the distribution and quality of the hybrid seeds we work with. Jalna is a big hub for seeds, so we are right in the middle of where the action is. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the seeds are good enough for the local soil. It’s a lot of responsibility because if the seeds aren't right, the whole season is ruined for the farmer. We take that seriously, even if we don't use a lot of fancy words to describe it. Most days you’ll find us checking bags or writing down notes on how different batches are performing. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes, with seeds everywhere. We aren't polished business types in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, ready to head out to the plots. We just want to provide something reliable to the people in the Indewadi area. It’s a simple business run by people who know how important a good harvest is for everyone involved. We just keep at it.
