Krest Recruitment Solutions is based out of Aditya Shagun, right near Dsk Raanwara on Nda Road in Bavdhan. It’s a nice enough spot in Pune - 21. Our unit is A3 101, so we are on the ground level which makes things easy for people coming in and out. Bavdhan has grown so much lately, but our corner still feels like the same old neighborhood. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. We have some mismatched folders and the printer jams sometimes when we are in a hurry. That’s just part of life here. We don’t put on a show for anyone. If you walk in, you’ll see us at our desks probably deep in some conversation about a job opening. We’ve been in this building for a while, so we know the security guards and the folks at the tea shop nearby. It’s a decent routine. We handle a lot of recruitment stuff, which means there is always someone to call or a file to update. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are really busy, but we clear it up eventually. We just like to get things done without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a local business trying to keep up with the daily rush of Pune life.
