Krest Recruitment is located in Chandannagar, over in the Dhanlaxmi Darshan Apartment. We are in Flat Number 12, and if you are looking for us, we are right near the Hanuman Vyayamshala. It is a well-known landmark in this part of Pune. Being based in an apartment gives us a quiet place to handle all the recruitment stuff we do every day. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of our work involves looking at people's backgrounds and trying to see if they fit the jobs we are trying to fill. It can be a bit tedious at times, sitting and reading through hundreds of pages of experience, but it is what we do. We like the neighborhood here in Chandannagar. It has a good energy and you can find everything you need just a short walk away. Sometimes we have candidates drop by, and they often get a bit lost looking for the right building, but they usually find us eventually. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find work. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and many cups of tea to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We do not spend time on marketing ourselves with big words. We just focus on the people who come to us and the companies that need help. It is a simple, honest way to work.
