Kpit Cummins

Kpit Cummins is located right inside the K J Somaiya Insti Of Mgmt campus in Mumbai. It gets pretty busy around here especially when classes are letting out and the students are rushing to find a spot for lunch. We've been operating out of this Maharashtra location for a while now. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot because everyone knows how Mumbai weather can be. You can hear the traffic from the main roads but once you're inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking about their weekend plans. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls everywhere. It is a practical space where we get things done and maybe share a cup of tea in the afternoon. Sometimes the power fluctuates but we just deal with it and move on with the work. The guards at the gate know us by name now. It feels more like a community spot than just a place of work. We handle the daily tasks and make sure everything is running okay. If you walk down the hall you'll see a few desks cluttered with papers and some old coffee mugs. It’s not fancy but it works for us. Living and working in Mumbai means you’re always on the move so we keep things simple here. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
