We are over at Ganga Puram colony in Viman Nagar. The address is A 1 Flat No 8, which is basically a converted space that we use for Kpit Cummins Infosystem Ltd Pune. Viman Nagar is a busy place, always full of students and young professionals because of all the colleges and offices nearby. It’s a good location for us because everything is close by, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late. The office itself is small and feels more like a home than a corporate building. We like it that way because it’s less stressful. We don't have a dress code or anything formal most days. We just sit down and get into the coding or whatever else is on the schedule. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Sometimes we order food from the local places around the corner. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky tap or a noisy fan. But we aren't here for the decor. We are here to get through our projects and make sure things are running right. It’s a straightforward setup for a small team in a busy part of Pune. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well now. It's just another day at the office for us.
