Kotwals Academy

Kotwals Academy is located right at Pathak Chawl 109 in Lullanagar. It’s one of those spots that people just sort of know if they live around here. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while. It’s not a shiny new building with glass walls, just a practical place where we get together. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy when the street gets busy, but we’re used to it. People come and go throughout the day. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. It’s more about the work we do inside. Lullanagar has a lot of energy, and being at number 109 puts us right in the thick of it. You might have walked past the chawl and seen our door. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or corporate rules here. We just show up and do what’s expected. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. Other days we pack up early if the work is done. It’s a local operation, through and through. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find out about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. Just a regular bunch of people working in a regular part of town. That’s really all there is to it. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just open the doors and get started every morning.
