If you ever go down to the Gultekdi Market Yard in Pune, you’ll find us there. Kothari Feeds Llp is located in Sumeet Plaza, specifically in units E 30 and 31. The Market Yard is always a busy place, full of noise and people moving goods around. It’s a great spot for us because everything related to agriculture and feeds happens right outside our door. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a bit cramped with all the ledgers and samples we keep, but it works for us. Most mornings start with a lot of shouting and activity in the yard as the trucks come in. We spend our time talking to suppliers and customers who are usually in a hurry. It’s not a place for slow people. You have to be quick and know your stuff. The air always smells a bit like grain and dust, which is something you just stop noticing after a while. We aren't a big corporate firm with thousands of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure the feed gets to where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the lift in Sumeet Plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us fit, I guess. We like being in the heart of Pune’s trade hub. It’s honest work and we’ve made a lot of friends in the market over the years.
