You can find us at Aundh Office No 3. This is where we handle things for Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd. It is a small branch office, nothing like those big glass towers you see in the city center. We have a few desks set up for the staff and some chairs for people who come in to talk about their life insurance. The atmosphere is pretty routine. We spend a lot of time filling out forms, checking records, and answering the phone. It’s not the most exciting work, but it is important for the people who rely on us. Aundh is a busy part of town, so there is always a bit of a buzz outside. We have been at this location for a good while. The office is a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors at once. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and some posters about the different insurance plans. We go out for lunch at the local places nearby. The staff is local and we know a lot of the people who walk in by name. We just try to get the paperwork right and help people with their claims or premiums. It’s a very standard, everyday office. We stay until the last file is put away and then we head home like everyone else who works in this part of Aundh.
