We are at A 503, care of Ganpat Mane, in the Krishna Residency building. It’s right beside the Swami Samarth Housing Society on Pashan Sus Road. This part of Pune has grown a lot lately, and it's quite busy. Our office is up on the fifth floor, so we get a decent view of the road and the hills in the distance. It’s a residential building, so it’s fairly quiet inside compared to the main commercial areas. We have a few computers and some basic office furniture that's seen better days. It feels more like a home than a bank sometimes, which helps keep the stress down. Ganpat Mane is a name many people around here recognize. We spend the day going through account details and handling the backend stuff that keeps the bank running. The lift works most of the time, luckily, because five floors is a lot to climb. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the big table in the back room. It’s a very simple, straightforward atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing team; we just do the work that needs to be done. The traffic on Pashan Sus Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up and head out before the rush starts. It’s a nice, honest place to work where we can just focus on the tasks without too many distractions.
