Our office is situated at B2 401 in Florida Estate, which is in the Keshav Nagar area of Mundhwa, Pune. It’s a growing part of the city, and being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood. We go by Kotak Mahendra Life Insurance here. It’s a fairly quiet office compared to the busy streets of central Pune, which helps us focus on all the insurance documents we have to process. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate posters on the walls. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders. People from Mundhwa and nearby areas often come up to see us when they need to update their policy or if they have questions about their coverage. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things more complicated than they need to be. The Florida Estate complex is pretty well-known around here, so most people don't have much trouble finding us. We spend our days mostly answering calls and going through the fine print of various life insurance plans. It’s just a regular local business setup where we do our best to stay on top of the paperwork. It feels more like a small community office than a big institution, and we prefer it that way. We usually keep some biscuits around for when the afternoon hunger kicks in.
