A. T. Interiors ; Furnitures is based out of Ashoka Mews. We are specifically in A Block, Flat 402. It might seem a bit unusual to have a furniture business in a flat, but it works for us. We spend our days looking at wood samples and sketching out how a room should look. There is often sawdust on the floor and a few tape measures lying around. Living and working in the same area means we are always around if someone needs to talk about a cabinet or a bed frame. Ashoka Mews is a quiet enough place, though sometimes the neighbors hear us moving stuff around. We deal with all sorts of interior bits and pieces. It’s mostly practical work. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Instead, you just come up to the fourth floor. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We pick out the materials and try to make things fit where they belong. Sometimes the wood doesn't arrive on time, or a drawer slide gets stuck, but we figure it out. It’s just how furniture work goes. We’ve been in this flat for a bit now, focusing on whatever project comes next. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting. We keep things straightforward. If you are looking for us, just head to A Block.
