New India Furniture

Our workshop and shop are at Serial No. 15 in Inam Nagar. If you know where the Sai Service station is, we are right behind it, near the Talab Company. It is a busy area with a lot of industrial activity around us every day. We make and sell furniture here at New India Furniture. There is always the sound of sawing or hammering going on throughout the day. The air usually smells like fresh wood and polish, which we have gotten used to. We have all sorts of tables, chairs, and cupboards squeezed into the space. It gets a bit cramped because wood takes up a lot of room before it is turned into something useful. We move things around to make space for the new pieces we finish. People from Inam Nagar and the surrounding areas come by to see what we have ready in the front. Sometimes they want something specific made for their homes or offices. We use our hands and basic machines to get the work done. It is hard work and our clothes usually end up covered in sawdust by the evening. We have been behind Sai Service for a long time, so we know the other business owners nearby. We often share tea with the guys from the local shops when the sun starts to go down. It is a practical business. We just want to make things that look decent in someone’s house and stay strong.
