Konark Plastics

Our business is located at Survey No 38/2/12 in the Narhe area. We’re pretty close to Pari Company, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find our turnoff. We work with plastics here, so the place usually smells like warm poly and there are bins of pellets everywhere. It’s a practical setup, mostly just the molding machines and some storage space for the finished items. Narhe has grown a lot lately, so there’s more traffic than there used to be. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning the molds, and other days we’re running full tilt to finish a big batch. We don’t use any fancy management techniques; we just look at what needs to be done and do it. The office is just a corner of the main floor with a desk and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't have a lot of walk-in customers since we mostly deal with other businesses. We aren’t looking to win any awards for our decor. We just want to make sure the plastic parts we produce are what the customer asked for. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our toes and provides a living for the families who work here. That’s enough for us. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the machines running and the orders moving along as best we can every day.
