Komal Beauty Parlor

Komal Beauty Parlor is situated at number 208 in Mangalwar Peth, Pune 411011. This is one of the older parts of the city, so the buildings have a lot of character and the streets are quite narrow. Our shop is just a small room in a larger building. It’s been there for a long time. There isn't much to say about the decor; it’s just the basic stuff we need to do our work. Being in Mangalwar Peth means there is always something happening outside, whether it’s a delivery truck trying to squeeze through or neighbors chatting on their way to the market. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. Usually, if you come in, you'll just see us working or sitting near the back. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for now. We get a lot of local residents coming in because we are right in the middle of their daily walk. It's a very grounded, local kind of place. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we are at 208. The morning sun comes through the window for a couple of hours, and that’s usually when we get started with the day’s cleaning. It’s a quiet, simple business in a busy, old part of Pune. We’re just here doing our thing every day, keeping the place open for whoever needs us. It's just home for our work. Sometimes we drink tea while waiting for the next person.
