Being based in Pune, we see a lot of students and people looking to learn new things. Knowledge City Education Pvt Ltd has been in the 411 002 area for some time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and shelves full of books and training materials. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their classes and making sure the schedules are right. The rain here can be quite heavy during the monsoon, so sometimes the office smells a bit like damp carpets. We try to keep things moving along regardless of the weather. Most of the staff comes in on scooters and parks them out front. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. We would rather just have good internet and enough coffee to get through the afternoon. People stop by to ask questions about our programs, and we just tell them what we know. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their certificates and move on to their next job. Every day is pretty much the same, with a lot of typing and checking lists. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It feels like home to us.
