Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd is over in the Kondapur area of Hyderabad. Our office is in a place called Residency, which is right opposite the Jayabheri Silicon Tower in Kothaguda. This part of Hyderabad has grown a lot lately, but our office stays pretty simple. We are not in one of those huge tech parks. We are just across the street from them. It is a good location because everyone knows the Silicon Tower. We spend our days managing property files and talking to people about the local market. It is a busy office but we keep it informal. We don't wear fancy suits every day or use big business words. We just explain things clearly to anyone who asks. The office has some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of papers. We do our own work and don't have a lot of helpers. It feels like a small family here. We see the big tech buildings outside our window, which is a bit of a contrast to our simple setup. We just focus on being practical and getting things done. Sometimes the traffic in Kondapur is a nightmare, but we manage to get in on time. We are just a regular team of people working in a growing part of Hyderabad. Nothing fancy about us at all, just a normal office routine for all of us as we get through the documents on our desks.
