Kirtika Classes

We are tucked away in Ambegaon at Maheshwar Darshan on S V Road. It’s unit 16/9/1. This place started because we saw kids in the neighborhood needing a bit of extra help with their schoolwork. It isn't a big corporate academy or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms with some wooden desks and whiteboards that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time here, especially in the afternoons when school lets out. The noise from S V Road can be a bit much sometimes but you get used to it after a while. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. We don't do big flashy banners. Usually, a parent just walks in because they heard about us from a neighbor. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small area where students can wait and a shelf full of old textbooks and notebooks. It gets a bit cramped when the bigger groups show up for math or science. We just try to make sure everyone has a seat and enough light to read by. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make space for everyone. It’s a bit messy with papers everywhere but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit now and know the shopkeepers downstairs well. It’s just a normal part of the local community here in Ambegaon and we are here every day.
