Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants

Our office is over in Karvenagar, specifically in Flat No. 502 of the Ku Paritosh building. We are right across from the Corporation Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us. We operate as Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants. The office is basically a converted flat on the fifth floor. It’s a comfortable enough space for us to do our work. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers for the team. Being in a residential building means it’s usually quieter than an office on a main commercial road. We spend a lot of time working on audits and helping people with their taxes. There are files everywhere, stacked on shelves and sometimes even on the floor when we run out of space. We don't have any fancy signs or big logos inside. It’s just a regular workplace where we drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. The view from the balcony is alright, though we don't spend much time looking at it. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets. Karvenagar is a nice area and many of our clients live nearby. We don't have a formal reception desk, so people usually just walk in and say hi. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing things. We just make sure the accounts are right and the filings are done on time each year.
