Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited is based out of Mulund East in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy it can get, and Mulund East has its own unique rhythm. It’s a bit different from the hectic pace of South Mumbai, but it’s still very much part of the big city bustle. Our office is just a regular place where we show up every day to do our jobs and earn a living. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters vibe here. It’s more of a local feel where most of us know each other’s names and a bit about our families. Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has been part of this neighborhood for a bit. The trains are close by, so you can always hear the sound of the city moving in the background, which is just part of the atmosphere. It’s a very practical spot for us to be located. Inside, we just have our workstations and a small place to eat our lunch. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just believe in putting in a full day's work and then going home. The area around Mulund East is great for finding good local food, and we often head out together to grab a quick bite. It’s a simple, honest way to run an office. We like being accessible and part of the community here in Mumbai.
